1) They are liars and would teach your children to lie.

These are fanatical vigilantes and live in a delusional world where children never lie, children never are to blame, and anything that can be interpreted as being even the least bit sexual between an adult and child makes the adult a molester and the child traumatized. In their imaginary world and fanatical quest to weed out molesters, they turn a blind eye to reality as all delusional fanatics do. They don't care that sex offenders have been murdered due to Megan's Law. They don't care that children have died because people are now too afraid to help a child in need. They don't care that men just caught urinating outdoors are having to register as sex offenders. They don't care that men who fall in love with underage girls and marry them are still regarded as sex offenders and have to register for life, with their wives having to suffer as well. They don't care that male teens who have sex with their girlfriends are branded as child abusers, have to serve many years in prison, though they are just teens themselves (Talk about child abuse!). They don't care that a man jumped out of his car just to just scold a teenage girl for walking out in front of him, grabbed her by the arm (which he should not have done), and now has to register as a sex offender because any unlawful detainment of a teen is viewed as a sex offence in that state (How insanely crazy?). These people just don't get it; they wallow in their propagation of hate and hysteria and refuse to acknowledge that things have just gone far too far in the name of protecting children; and won't admit that laws like Megan's Law are blatantly unconstitutional and don't even afford their proponents the luxury of being able to report that such laws have done any good.

People v. Thompson [253 Cal.Rptr. *567 states:
“Ordinarily, the annoyance or molestation which is forbidden is not concerned with the state of mind of the child’ but it is the objectionable acts of defendant which constitute the offense, and if his conduct is so lewd or obscene that the normal person would unhesitatingly be irritated by it, such conduct would annoy or molest within the purview of that statute. The court went on to find the record before it presented no evidence which supported a finding the defendant committed an act which was objectionable or which would unhesitatingly irritate a normal person. As a result, the court distinguished People v. McNair.”
CALJIC No. 16.441 provides: “As used in the foregoing instruction, the words ‘annoy’ and ‘molest’ are synonymous and mean to disturb or irritate, especially by continued or repeated acts; to vex; to trouble; to irk; or to offend. ‘Conduct which is so lewd that a normal person would unhesitatingly be disturbed or irritated by it, is conduct which would annoy or molest within the law stated to you’”
People v. Levesque [35 Cal.App.4th 530]:
In People v. Wallace (1992) 11 Cal.App.4th 568 [14 Cal.Rptr.2d 67], the court held this definition of a lewd act is erroneous. The Wallace
court opined that if a lewd act is defined as "any touching" with the requisite intent, a defendant could be convicted based on a "touching"
which, viewed independently from the defendant's intent, appears totally innocuous. The court concluded that the touching itself must be lewd, otherwise a defendant "could be convicted for his or her thoughts, regardless of his or her deeds." (Id. at pp. 578-579.) The Wallace court
proposed that a lewd act instead be defined as, "any touching of a body of the child which to an objectively reasonable person is sexually indecent or tends to arouse sexual desire." (Id. at p. 579, origin
A pat on a knee or the shaking of a hand are certainly not described by the above, such acts are neither annoying nor lewd, particularly since the student (Karina Bernal) ask me to tough her leg, so she could get a dollar, and even went out bragging afterwards. The second student, Maria Favela, who responded to Bernal's bragging, later hounded me all during class and kept sticking her hand out, so I just reached out and shook her hand before giving her the dollar; is that annoying or lewd? No!

This is not molestation, this is horseplay being initiated by the girls themselves. It was neither annoying, nor lewd.
"Until recently, [subject] had been working in South Korea as an ESL professor at a university; (And quite successfully with the highest of recommendations) ..he had also been teaching English to children at various different facilities ... (They pretend there is something wrong or illegal about me working as a university professor at a private university and working at children's camps when asked to do so.)
In 1996, as a new teacher at a middle school in Los Angeles County, California, [subject] couldn’t keep his hands off his students long enough to make it through his first year in the classroom. By February of 1997, complaints had already been made about [subject] sexually harassing girls in his classes; (The complaints were complete lies and several of the students apologized afterwards. It was a conspiracy and I was told so by students.) by May of 1997 he was paying girls in his class a dollar to let him touch them. (Another delusional lie of Wikisposure; the girls were the ones making the offer, as shown above taken from police tapes, to let me touch their legs in exchange for a dollar.)
These incidents led to [subject] being arrested for molesting six of his 12-year-old female students, charges that included sexual battery (The sexual battery charge was made by a special ed. student who was angry I sent her to the dean's office. Her allegations that I touched her "butt" were complete lies and there was no conviction in her case.) and annoy/molest of a child under 14. [subject] was subsequently convicted for three of the counts; fired (I was not fired, I resigned) and stripped of his teaching credentials; and served six of a nine month jail sentence. Some of the victims later filed and won a civil suit against the Los Angeles School District. (The students did not win, a settlement was made out of court; the suit against me was subsequently dismissed. One of the students where there was a conviction didn't even bother to participate because she knew that the conviction was ridiculous, and other girls who were not even part of the criminal proceedings joined in for the civil lawsuit to cash in, though their allegations were complete lies.)
Before his arrest, [subject] had been very interested in a 15-year-old athlete - writing her letters, asking her mother for permission to photograph her, (Why would someone need permission to photograph a world renowned athlete? How stupid these people are! The "athlete" was Dominique Moceanu who was extremely popular at the time, winning a gold medal at the Atlanta Olympics. I had a Master's Degree in Fine Art Photography, and the photos sold on Ebay with the proceeds going to help an indigent grandmother of another girl who was interested in Dominique. I did not ask permission to photograph Dominique, but simply sent a letter to her home in Texas saying what a fine role-model she was for girls, and Dominique's mother was so impressed with the letter that she called me personally to thank me for the comments and advised me of her daughter's pending performance in Los Angles where I could see her perform in person if I wanted.) and posting web pages about her that were supposedly co-created by two different teenage girls. (Oh gee, that's supposed to be wrong? I made a website with a girl about a gold medalist gymnast, and these imbeciles have a problem with that!) On one of these websites, [subject] claimed to be corresponding with at least one 15-year-old girl named Emily; calling her his "email friend" and saying that he'd been communicating with her since she was 13. (And what is wrong with any of that? If these loons see something wrong in any of that, they are obviously quite perverted themselves. I continued my correspondence with Emily through her college years. We were in fact good email friends, and I very much enjoyed building a site about Dominique Moceanu with her. There was also never a word of a sexual nature.)
After his release from jail, instead of learning from all this, [subject] went on to create a website called Pedophileophobia.com. (Yes, because it's very much needed; these comments of Wikisposure more than prove that.) The site contains pro-pedophile propaganda from individuals such as Lindsay Ashford, (Who is Lindsay Ashford?) along with rants from [subject], complaining that his molestation convictions are wrong and that sex offender laws are unfair (in his opinion). He uses the term "pedophileophobia" to describe concerns about sexual predators (So, to these simpletons anyone who commits a sex crime is de-facto a predator. This type of statement just shows how sophomorically ignorant they really are. I guess I'm considered a predator as well by these hysterics. A pat on a knee and building a website for a young girl who was an Olympic gold medalist is proof of being a sexual predator to the fanatics of Wikisposure.) and says efforts to protect children are "hysteria". (Where do I say efforts to protect children are hysteria? No such comment is posted on my site. They can't make real negative claims, so they put words in the mouths of whom they attack. Of course people have the right to protect their children, but they don't have the right to lie, mislead, overreact, be hysterical, and destroy lives of countless thousands of people to get to the few that do pose a real danger. )
[Subject's] lack of remorse is beyond glaringly obvious - he blames the victims, calling them liars and/or crazy; (Which they were) alternates between saying nothing happened (I never said "nothing happened," I have posted many details of what happened.) and saying that whatever happened was all the victims’ fault; and that most child molestation is really not even harmful anyway. (What happened was the girl's doing, and a pat on a knee, and the shaking of a hand are hardly harmful, and nowhere on my site do I say "most child molestation is not even really harmful anyway." I said what I did was not really harmful and many things that people do are not real molestation, but horseplay. I also say that all children get molested a little by someone and grow up to perfectly fine. Real molestation, overtly sexual acts, can be harmful and should be punished.)
[Subject] also found a way to get himself back in the classroom (They mean found a way to keep surviving, since teaching is all I know) – he moved to South Korea and began working as an English teacher at the university level. By doing so, he avoided any criminal background checks for foreign teachers (These people are such complete liars. I worked at universities long before criminal background checks were required in Korea. I worked at universities because I have a Master's Degree and prefer to work at universities and don't really like teaching children as much as university students. These imbeciles avoid trying to explain just why is it that if I wanted to molest children, why was I working at universities instead of at schools for children?) as he was not ‘officially’ working with young kids. However, [Subject] had indeed been teaching children in various Korean locations; including classes at the BCM Academy in Seoul and also giving "English lessons" to young girls (and young boys) in Nam Won. (During times I did work with children, the children loved me as did their parents; and I was always requested to return. It's ordinary for all teacher to sometimes work summer and winter camps with children, everyone does it. Was I supposed to refuse when asked?)
[Subject's] ESL resource website includes a section that features resumes of teachers who are seeking foreign jobs. One of the resumes posted is that of John Mark Karr, (Now this is really getting insane. I didn't post it for him? Was I offering him a job? Anyone has a right to post a job on a public forum.) the man who confessed to and was arrested for the murder of JonBenet Ramsey (but subsequently released because his DNA did not match the DNA evidence taken from the crime scene). (These loons at Wikisposure are really scraping the bottom of the barrel now. John Mark Karr had the right to post his resume, just like any other human being.)
After learning that [subject] was a convicted child molester and working as a teacher in South Korea, Wikisposure volunteers contacted U.S. and Korean authorities, (This is a lie, what happened is that a tipster in Korea, a mentally ill friend who became angry simply because I wanted to eat at a fast-food restaurant while he didn't, contacted Immigration who did their own investigation and requested an FBI check from the Embassy in Seoul. This is all clearly documented in paperwork shown to me, and later verified to me again when I contact the FBI in Seoul myself.) who responded immediately and placed [subject] in detention (Another lie. I was never placed in detention at any time by Korean authorities.) and under deportation review. (I was simply requested to leave or face deportation hearings. I therefore Ieft on my own accord, so as to not have to endure months of deportation hearings while not being allowed to work. I regret having done that now. I should have stayed and fought for what was right. Not remaining and fighting was one of the biggest mistakes of my life.) According to news reports, a 12-year-old boy also came forward to Korean authorities and filed a complaint that [subject] had abused him. (According to news report, but not in any way true. No boy in Korea ever make any complaints against me, and I cannot think of anything more ridiculous than what these allegations suggest. Anyone who knows me, knows that I have no homosexual interests and have no sexual interests in boys. Korean authorities stated no complaints were ever made by any boy or girl for that matter. This lie was propagated by the corrupt Philippine immigration commissioner Marcelino C. Lebanan to justify his own actions against me. Every single sentence in the Philippine news reports where this statement was taken were absolute lies.
Rather than wait for the 30-day review period, (I was told it could take several months.) [Subject] chose to leave Korea immediately and traveled to the Philippines; (Yes, to attend my fiancée's graduation from nursing school in Davao, which I did not get to do.) U.S. authorities then alerted Philippine immigration officials, who arrested [Subject] in February 2009 and blacklisted him from the entire country (according to news reports). (Yes, and U.S. authorities are being sued and the blacklisting will be reversed.) As of July 2009, [Subject's current location is unconfirmed; (I'm back in the United States for the time being.) however, there is no question that he is dangerous to any children he comes in contact with, (They make this claim without any evidence what-so-ever and with no complaints for 12 years, with the worst thing anyone can say about me is that I gave a pat on the knee to a girl who wanted to get a dollar out of me, built a site for an Olympic gold medalist, and put up an anti-pedhysteria website to try to help people who are being victimized by sex abuse fanatics.) regardless of what country they are in.
